Louie & The Baysox Want You To...PLAY TODAY!
The Bowie Baysox have created a program that encourages our area's youth to Get Up, Get Out and get in their 
necessary 60 minutes of daily physical activity. Louie and the Baysox encourage kids to play, be active and eat healthy! Louie wants kids to think outside the box when it comes to play time and not watch TV and play video games excessively. With Play Today, Louie wants kids to Get Up, Get Out and Get Fit!
Each month, we encourage you to come back and check out the monthly "Play Alert" newsletter consisting of valuable tips on fitness, nutrition, local events, expert insights, player commentaries, interactive "Play" opportunities, prizes and much more!
